nope. I've not heard that message before. but it was clear as day and as soon as i heard it i stepped outside and listened to it x2. pause.. then 5..5 much louder than the 1 thru 4

If we can get numerous more confirmations from various parts of the nation, it would give credence to the possibility that the EBS may come into play.

i don't know but my son (16) and i both went outside to listen.. i asked my boss in the next town over if they played it there and she said no. so 🤷
