Really, no idea, hubs bought a few last year. Why? I don't know! They lay eggs in the winter and it's cold here so the eggs were brought in and put in the incubator.

Laughing here, they are very large birds with a tiny brain! Never had the desire to eat emu, so that's out of the question! Just another addition to our farm.
