This is a video from 4 years ago of Hillary Clinton being "captured" as Jake Tapper described it in the video.
You can see that she is standing fine until the bald headed agent reaches for her arm. As soon as he grabs her arm, she begins to resist. You can even see her hands behind her back handcuffed.

with all due respect to your take, it is not accurate. She was propped up against the barrier so she wouldn't fall over - she was unable to support herself. then when moved into the vehicle, the guys didn't have a firm enough grasp of her initially and she stumbles into the van. this was a health issue.
