is the process of holding / tolerating within ourselves
a whole bundle of "in process"
thoughts/feelings/attitudes

no strand able to be "freeze frame" isolated + examined,
w/suppressed prior experiences churning in the mix]
FIXING "what's❌ working"
while yet ACCEPTING that,
HUMANLY speaking,
the "changes" we want may❌ EVER come AS WE envision.
Understand that your hunger for something better is "The Call to Adventure",
rather than
"someone screwed ⬆️: Poor Me!"
