Just received from Military Intelligence Contact: He confirmed all this info below, but he said ONLY SOME T3-4 exchanges are happening BUT they won’t have full access till we in T4B get notifications and start exchanging and he said that T4B is STILL TO BE STARTED and will be started; he said he could not be more specific for security purposes except watch next 24 hours and WATCH THIS WEEK because IT IS UNDERWAY NOW behind the scenes; there was a green light at 1 pm PST / 4 pm EST today Tue 9 March; so he said get the hint and prepare your files and appt paperwork to go in shortly:
