This is opinion based on my research in covens.

Covens have 3 leaders. I am of the belief that the Cabal worships the Goddess Isis. This would make their coven run by a woman who is known as the High Priestess. The High Priest, who holds no power but is just a cohort, and the Executor who passes the High Priestess wishs to the coven.
I believe that at one point Gloria Vanderbilt was this Executor and it has now been passed to Nancy Pelosi.
Why do I believe this? The Executor has to be able to talk with the High Priestess who is often more demon than human, so she herself must be possessed. Possession causes the human body to change the longer the demon possesses it. If the body is possessed for a long period of time the whole body can morph, it is my belief it starts with the ears. I didn't see anything about an ear flap issue but I do know that people as they get older get longer ears, but not to this extent. I'll look into that. It is higher up the food chain that the masters live, most of the time they are not even really known to the general public but Nancy is sure making the puppets jump so she was my choice for executor. The way things are today I am next to believing anything.
