I live in Idaho and haven't worn a mask in our town the whole time. Our Sheriff is a Patriot and made a public declaration in the beginning that he won't waste resources monitoring something that is against our constitutional rights. He got a lot of flack from people living in fear, but pretty much in Idaho, people aren't harassing each other whatever they are choosing to do.
