New York State has rolled out it’s first V-passport called “Excelsior Pass.”

It is used to get access to newly opened arenas like Madison Square Garden. If you have had a C-19 PCR test within 72 hours of showtime or have proof of a C-19 shot you get a QR code used to enter. Test or V are mandatory. Excelsior Pass is voluntary for now. But for how long? Now it’s arenas. But you know they won’t stop there. LA is rolling out an almost identical system that will require parents to take an online health check and print out a QR everyday for every child so they can enter a school building.
