Please direct me on how is the best way to learn about meditation and chakras, etc. I am eager to learn but not sure how to get started.

I don't think there is a way to mediatate your chakras open. You need to have Sacral Communion with someone to light the "furnace". Look up Tantric Sex, that is the only way to open the Sacral Chakra that I know of for human beings. Mine were opened by Divine entities. It's an energy field that rides your nervous system, your spinal cord is a "cable" of electrical impulses and starts at your Sex Chakra, which is not part of the 7, but a precurser to the true Chakral Communion. When Zeus opened my heart Chakra it felt like an essence spinning around my heart and an intense burst of resonance and love radiating out in all directions. Your Pineal Gland is the second to last stop on the route. Once that is opened your Crown will open and you become a Divine Conduit, Bottom to top. My advice is call out for a spirit guide. Use your voice, keep your eyes open. Tell the Universe you are ready to try the connection. Trust your gut as to the answer, it will be intuitive. #GodWins
