Truthfully, convicted violent pedophiles should be thrown into the ocean with a millstone tied about the neck & for added measure Id like both achilles tendons severed. Even if they managed to get out of the millstone, there is no swimming to the surface with tendons severed. Nothing worse than those who prey on the ones unable to defend themselves.
