Yes, Trump won in 2016, under....the Act of 1871 "government."
You know, the "government" he's nearly, completely dismantled.
We are on the precipice of the restored 1787 Constitutional republic, which does not have term limits.

"Trump will return as the 19th president" is making the rounds.
In my view, Trump will be the 17th president.
By 1861, more than a third of the states had withdrawn from the 1787 contract/Constitution. At that point, the authority that the 1787 contract created for the president & congress was nullified.
In order for Trump to become the 19th president you would have to believe that a contract has autonomy of its own until it is replaced by a fraudulent fascimile, 10 years later, after being written by completely different and biased parties (the southern states were controlled by northern appointed governors.)
Must read: The Real Lincoln by Thomas J. DiLorenzo and Pandora's Box by Ms. Alex Christopher. Both are excellent and Christopher makes an excellent case for who actually killed Lincoln. Her book was heavily suppressed but can be found online in pdf.
17th president seems so obvious.

The original 1787 Constittution only has thirteen amendments, including the original 13th amendment, the Titles of Nobility Amendment, which disallows attorneys (esquires) from political office.
