God never said it would be easy. He did say He would walk through the fire with us.

I think He allows us to carry our burdens
until they knock us to our knees. We then realize these are not our burdens to carry.

God has us in the Palm of His Mighty Hand
He wants us to pray and give the burdens to Him.
