Just called and spoke with "tasha" who could not find the SKU# or the brand "Simply Down" - I asked he what was in the pillow that would make them cost 16K - awful lot of money for a pillow.
She had no answer. I said well guess a lot of people looking for ACTUAL pillows won't be purchasing those - maybe you should be looking into the people actually buying them. Again, no answer.

depending on what state you live in, it's illegal to tape the conversation without the other party's authorization......be careful/lawsuit.
