🤬🤬🤬 JUST IN - U.S. Supreme Court refuses to review #Pennsylvania election cases. No standing before an election, moot after. Justices Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch say the court should have granted review.

Since it only takes 4 justices to hear a case, these cases were only one vote away from getting a full hearing at the SCOTUS.
