Have you ever heard the story about the explorers,centuries ago who
came upon a primitive island inhabited by a tribe.
The explorers were in huge ships. In order to get to the island shore, they had to get in small boats & make their way to shore.
When they arrived, the tribesmen asked them how they got to their island in such small boats. The explorers told them that they had come in the huge ships that were anchored "out there"-pointing to them.
The tribesman couldn't see the huge ships-they never could see these ships, only the small ones at the shore, similar to the boats they used.
The only person of the tribe that could see the huge ships out in the waters was the shaman of the tribe.
I find this fascinating...
