First, can we ask these ll judges if they conferenced with Roberts about these FISAs? Could and would they answer the question, with or without a court order? The suspicious nature of these FISAs would have raised concerns. I can imagine that at the very least, one judge, would have voiced their concerns to the boss. Either way, Chief Justice Roberts is ultimately responsible for these FISAs' approval.
