Hi Kris
I'm posting this just so you know you mist some important bits out re' B12.
I know this to be true. i.e., Neither dog or I have consumed anything you've listed, for many yrs now, however we are both still very healthy & active (dog is nearly 14yr'old). Our diets contains a wide variety of Natural vit'min rich non animal derived foods.
