I know an older woman who’s lived in a dead marriage for years & the corpse is crumbling all around her. I don’t exactly know how to counsel her. No doubt that life has handicapped her in a multitude of ways. She put energy into other people over the years & maybe not as much as she should have into herself. It would seem, as much as she tried to cope & keep the peace over the decades, that in no way compensated for the natural decay of a marriage without any real affection.😢 It’s pitiful to see marriages disintegrate after years of unnatural wear on the one who continually stretches themselves in an effort to cover the gaping holes in the ‘relationship’. I hate to break it to her, but she never really had a ‘marriage’ in the best sense of the word. So sad to see people suffer a lifetime from a bad decision, when she could have repented for being so foolish decades ago.

As I see it, there is simply no other remedy but to bury the ashes, then try to find peace & healing. IMO.

How do you console someone who has refused the funeral & instead clings to the corpse? She is beginning to grasp, (at least I think), that corruption of death eats away at whatever it touches. You can’t continually take money from an account that received no previous deposits.
If anyone has navigated something similar, I’d appreciate any advice you can offer in the hope that I could give her something other than my unpleasant outlook of her situation.

I would remind her, as well as remember myself, that she is a divine spark of God, connected to divine consciousness, & consequently, the creator of her own physical world. B/c the universe is consciousness, God's consciousness, of which we are 1, when we remember who we are.

What we create in our thoughts, esp our subconscious thoughts-is what materializes in our physical reality. Neville Goddard believed, based on the Ethiopian Bible, it was possible-not only to project the types of relationships that you want-but even to go back in time & edit/revise broken relationships, or episodes within those relationships.

By remembering who we are, aligning ourselves with God, changing our inner dialogue, thereby creating the energetic frequency that matches your inner thoughts-the universe has no choice, but to resonate with you.

There is no you, or them-we are all 1.

In God, all things are possible.
