I saw an ad online for a topical magnesium cream, called "Total Relief." Soothing Nerve Formula. Magnesium/MSM/Arnica. Soothes nerves-supports healing. getheyfra.com.
Relieves tingling, burning, an numbness in feet/hands.
Calms muscle tension an spasms in shoulders/back/neck.
Etc.
Topical magnesium, it is said, is more effective than taking a pill re: nerve issues. I will probably try it for numbness in my feet.

I'm using magnesium oil, plus taking a magnesium complex.
