When the time is right to talk to that person, you make your cast. If you're in a store aisle, or at the cashier, you cast out that comment or question. You're a fisher of men and women and it all begins with a cast. God has miracles waiting for you in the deep waters, but His fishers can't be timid. We are to be bold. The fish are biting. Salvation is biting. Miracles are waiting to bite. Salvation and miracles are waiting to fill your net, but you are only going to see them when you cast out.
