HOA sounds helpful sometimes they aren't
I have an ROA haha
It cost me a dollar a day to use the dirt road I live on 😊

Yes staying warm here and I dislike HOA'simmensely!!!
We lived in a house once where there was a bad wind storm and the screens blew off the screen windows, they cited us for trash in our yard.
Same thing for a sandbox (little tykes turtle sandbox) where the lid blew off in a storm and they cited us for trash.
Then they cited us once for our grass above 6 inches.
Worthless HOA's!!! IMHO👍
