THE STATE OF COLORADO, INCORPORATED (Est. 1876) is a Fraud (yes the same entity with administrators that continues to persecute Tina Peters), a "corporation" posing as government in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law.
They are all "corporations" and there's NO MENTION OF THAT in our Constitution.
