Why this date?
State Liquidity: The Federal "Compliance Freeze" on Colorado's HHS and Infrastructure funding hits the ledger on Feb 1.
Payroll: If the State defies the Pardon past the 31st, the Federal Government stops clearing the checks for the State Administration.
The Choice: Governor Polis has until Midnight on the 31st to decide if he wants to run a state with no money, or release one Patriot.
Status:
The "Negotiations" are over. The checkbook is closed.
The Countdown you see isn't for a raid. It’s for the Default.
