I saw a post on Telegram earlier that said we CANNOT get Vitamin K from plant sources. Best is Eggs, Milk, Cheese, and Meat.

Wellπ, if that was the case both I and my dog must be severely defiant in Vit' K (2), which apparently we are Not, since Dog has been vegan nearly all her life, and she'll be 14yrs this coming spring and is still active & very happy to trot along side me each day for at least 40 or so mins. And I've not eating animals since 1974, been vegan well over 20yrs. just sayingπ€·ββοΈ (btw 90% of my food shopping is Organic)
