The problem with my feet is spreading up my legs. Felt it in my glutes this morning. Having difficulty walking when bad, which concerns me as much as anything. (Being mobile no doubt benefits my sanity.) It’s burning needles when mild & burning knives when worse. Beginning to think it’s originating from my spine, as I’ve had for a long time pinching nerves, one in my neck & one below my shoulder blades.
Open to suggestions if anyone unfortunately is familiar with this. I really need to try to get back in with a group of Doctors within a system instead of the PA locally in my rural area I’ve had for years now.
On the bright side, the bismuth subsalicylate treatment has improved the IBD tremendously. I can tell there is lots less inflammation. It’s a shame Drs don’t give such information out when first diagnosed instead of as a last recourse to extremely expensive or more dangerous treatments. Praying for new healthcare/ medbed. 🙏
As always, I appreciate your prayers.

If you suspect it's your spine/neck have you gone to a Chiropractor? They're the ones who specialize in restoring proper spinal alignment.
I've used them for decades whenever by back gets out of whack. Generally cheap and very effective.
Run into the occasional one who doesn't help much but rare in my experience.
Start asking friends and co-workers who they go to.
Don't bother asking your doctor though. They don't like Chiro's because doctors want to treat everything with drugs.

I had a really good one 30 years ago. And thought this past summer I’d pay him a visit. He hardly laid his hands on me, instead had me use these vibrating heated beds & chairs. I did not go back.

I've found simple old-school Chiropractors the best. The one I've used since moving to this area (unfortunately recently retired) insists on new patient x-rays which he laments the new ones don't seem to use any more.

Yes. This chiropractor did an original X-ray on me 20 years ago. Really physically worked on me too. It’s like he has a totally different practice now versus what he had then.
