Would the STATE be Responsible to PAY FOR & to ferret out the SCIENCE & do the Testing for those who claim to have "Mitigated their Testosterone"? Mitigated to WHAT level?
What about any other Science, future science, or the Fluctuating numbers?
Will there be DAILY Testing?
Do they take their Meds daily?
How do we verify?
Can they have different Changing Areas?
This is a LAW for K-12 Grades. 😬
Will Title 9 Sex Definitions have to be changed??

What about their "Larger Frames" being an issue in& of itself??
A "larger framed" person can crush a smaller framed person - out right. 😳
What about the "other Scientific areas" of what makes makes Men stronger/faster, etc. than Women?
What is a Woman & What is a Man? 🙄
