I see a pattern.
Soul-less Monsters murdering Innocent People out of the blue all over America.

Under Common Law, it should get real simple.
Guilty of Murder > Death Penalty.
That's how it was in the Good Ol' Days.
And for those who argue, "What if they're innocent?"
We already live in a QUANTUM world, it's just that the real Advanced Technologies haven't been released to the Public, YET.
There won't even be a debate, as all EVIDENCE in a Quantum World WILL BE THE FINAL DETERMINATION OF TRUTH.
So there won't be hiding any crimes no more.
As for the strange pattern of recent attacks & murders, I think we may be looking at pre-programmed CLONES.
