It is not engaged in open warfare, as it did in the 10th C, but rather a hydra headed tactic of leeching lifeblood out of the West, under the guise of 'charity', 'aid', 'assistance', while chanting,
"We are your friends".
But the intent is EXACTLY the same as that in the 10th C... because the mentality is EXACTLY the same - but if folk have not researched the topic - that will not be apparent.
