President Trump (while speaking of the Insurrection Act) says that George H.W Bush used it “22 times”.
Except, he didn’t use it 22 times. He used it twice.
Which means POTUS dropped the number 22 for a reason.
What is Drop #22 ? It discussed the President using the Military to save the Republic. I.E: The Insurrection Act.
