Farm fresh is basically the only way to be sure now days. I gave my son my share of our flock, but still get the benefits.

I sold all my chickens.
They went on strike and quit layin' this winter so I layed them all off! 😂
Too darn fancy, those Fluffy Primadonnas!
As soon as Spring hits I'm gonna settle back with a bunch of plain old Rhode Island Reds again.
They hardly EVER picketed my chicken coop, because they never UNIONIZE! 😃
