The State and Federal Constitutions limit them to protect people and their rights to: Life, Liberty, (freedom, under God our Creator), and the pursuit of everyman in this quest for freedom called happiness. Everyone is happiest living as Freemen (Charles means freeman). Being in debt is slavery. No happiness because the borrower is a slave to whom he is indebted to. Each man has the commandment from God to not be in debt: Owe no man anything but to love them.
