Those aren't "LAW", they are Codes and Codes ain't LAW, but they will UNLAWFULLY Enforce them anyways, because they are a FRAUDULENT CORPORATION posing as Government and they have to make profits for their Shareholders - the Cabal. "STATES OF, COUNTIES OF, CITIES OF..." they are all "corporations".

Property Tax is totally UNLAWFUL for all the same reasons, but they will auction off that property tax lien to predatory investors, issue a Treasurer's Deed if it remains unpaid, and bring their Unconstitutional Sheriff to evict us off the properties we rightfully own, and the whole deal of Warranty Deeds vs proper Patented Deeds is how Real Estate Agents & Title Companies conned us into imperfect titles that they use to justify their unlawful EVICTIONS and FORECLOSURES.
