if it was legal to collect which it is not, why would they not go after each one as they vote. their names are on a role of voters. there in lies the problem it was not legal. they either knew it or challenged being caught which they never did, only the whites for as little as a hundred bucks even, yet the millions owed by one man. black, was overlooked? that reflects on the white priviledge.
