I was fined, sought to clarify ‘which court?’ in JR, and was refused — then hit with £3,700 costs. Not because my claim was weak, but because asking foundational questions of State authority can be financially penalised. A quiet constitutional issue.

I'm surprised they haven't just dismissed your case in the hopes that you would quietly go away and stop shedding light on the corruption within the courts/legal system. Instead, they are doubling down in the hopes of bully you into submission. Ultimately, may He give you complete victory and blessings beyond measure.
