Non-perishable canned & dry food. (think beans, rice, pasta)
Bottled spring water (not Nestle!), maybe a camping water purifier.
First-aid supplies, meds, pet food, etc...
Whatever you need to be comfortable.
Flashlights, batteries (cheap solar landscape lights work great, too).
Fill those BBQ propane tanks to cook/boil.
Maybe a generator (always run outdoors) for fridge/freezer (use heavy extension cords). Spare fuel safely stored for that & your vehicle.
Your preferred personal Self-Defense tools cleaned & handy. 😉
Got camping gear? Organize & keep handy.
Maybe a CB or Ham radio (CBs at your local truck stop for ~$300)
Download signal app. HAVE A PLAN to get loved ones together if phones go down.
Protect Children & Elderly 24/7.
Don't be SCARED just be PREPARED.
