I can’t believe what Minnesota has become! Where is rocks and cows?

Northern MN, past St Cloud. The Rocks and Cows started during COVID. A family needed to raise some money to save their farm, so they held an event. Keith Ellison sent them a letter and said they could not do it, and he would give them a huge fine if they did, they told him to go pound sand and let him know we do things differently up here in the land of Rocks and Cows. 😜 The event was reported in the news and had a huge turnout.
