An investigation called “Project Flicker” was carried out by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. This investigation identified over 5,000 individuals, including many affiliated with DOD, who were subscribed to child p0rn websites.

The Pentagon’s Defense Criminal Investigative Service subsequently identified hundreds of DOD-affiliated individuals as suspects involved in accessing child p0rnography, several of whom used government devices to view and share the images.

As a result of these findings, in 2019 Reps. Abigail Spanberger (D-Va.) and Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) introduced legislation meant to halt the use of Department of Defense (DOD) computer networks by users for sharing or procuring p0rnographic images of children.

It was called "The End National Defense Network Abuse Act." Under this legislation, The Defense Criminal Investigative Services (DIS) would have received training in how to root out and successfully prosecute those using Defense Department equipment

WTH is wrong with our government gate keepers? What does it take to get their attention? Child porn is illegal and certainly against regulations of our DOD employees. Why is this so hard to understand? Go home and look at your own children, grandchildren and tell us why you sit by and allow this gross evil behavior to continue.

We’ve heard this for years but nothing ever comes of it. They won’t arrest themselves! Get after it!
