When you see Non-Sealed Indictments issued at this tracking website, that means arrests are made.

When you see Sealed Indictments are Unsealed, that means arrests are made, too.

There can be up to 99 individuals listed per Federal Indictment.

Based off the Indictment Tracker, if we assume only 1 individual per Indictment, then that's almost 1.3 million arrested so far, but what if the average is 2 or 3 arrested Per Indictment?
