Ice right outside the apartment door....slum lord won't put up gutter or downspout.

a slight tap and it will be on the ground. it happens to my house too. I'm not a slum lord I'm a homeowner who can take care of whatever comes my way without paying for it.

My son got rid or it, he just stepped out, looked and took the picture. And so I shared it..because sometimes you need to take a break from Politics.

They can be dangerous. If I rented to someone I would go, get those off of the roof. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen for him/her. If I were you, I would get them off with a broom or mop before they get that big.
