Actually it's to confiscate their BitCoin as part of the Presidential executive order to make BitCoin a Strategic Reserve Currency (along with Gold) and the coming DEATH OF THE DOLLAR which will see the dollar virtually worthless... (think along the lines of $2000 dollar tank of gasoline in your car worthless)...
