THE DISAPPEARANCE OF MALICAI CALDER
Toledo, Ohio — November 15, 2025
Twenty-seven-year-old Malicai Calder hasn’t been seen since last Friday. His last confirmed location was a car lot on Central Avenue. After that, he was gone.
Malicai told a friend he was meeting someone for a date on Saturday. But no one ever heard from him again.
When police conducted a wellness check, they found something deeply troubling:
His dog was left alone.
The shower was running.
Malicai was nowhere in sight.
He does not have family in Toledo. And now, every hour that passes raises more questions — and more concern.
Malicai is 5’11”, 210 pounds, and was last seen in the 1400 block of Secor Road. Police believe he could possibly be driving a white Jeep Wagoneer.
What happened after Malicai left the car lot on Central?
Who was he supposed to meet that Saturday?

Malicai Calder, reported missing in Toledo, was found dead on Nov. 25, 2025. A 32-year-old man was arrested and charged with the murder of a missing 27-year-old man Tuesday. God rest his soul.
