I use a $58 distiller to make pure drinking and cooking water. I return trace minerals adding a sprinkle of Celtic Sea salt with a high mineral concentration. I store it for several hours in a copper flask, and then store it in a jumbo glass mason jar. Yes, it's a process, but MUCH more effective than reverse osmosis, there are no filters to buy, change, etc. Highly recommend.
