Marjorie Taylor Greene has just announced that she will be resigning from Congress in January, effective January 5th.
LOTS of heated speculation that she's bolting due to either her net worth increasing $21–25 million since she entered Congress in January 2021, with the majority of that growth attributed to stock trading gains, to nearly admitting she's been hiring illegals for her construction company.
With Marjorie Taylor Greene's resignation effective at the start of 2026, Republicans' majority drops to 218-213.
