We have that in UK.
It's such a good system for we, the people, that the powers that be are doing everything they can to fuck it up, so that they can bring in an insurance-based system like USA.
Sadly, they are succeeding, and messing up our NHS so well, I fear it won't exist in about 10, 15 year's time.
