Instruction such as this, seems to infer this is the time it will take to achieve the result requested.
It could be achieved sooner, but, why not then say 'Christmas', or 'Thanksgiving'... or 'Next weekend'...
Just weary of the carrot dangling.... however, it does seem that on factcheckbook, at any rate, there are more seeing sense every day.

remember 2 things.....optics are very important and contingencies can cause delays but the plan has not changed

If I were not actually seeing the tide change on factcheckbook, I would have probably said, the plan is just another control mechanism.
But, I am seeing the change... not amongst those I know personally but in the tide of strangers I comment on/with.
In the beginning of, say 10 replies, 8 would have been negative. Now this is 2 negative in 10 - a reversal.
But, not, as I say, amongst those connected directly to me, they either stay quet, or have withdrawn completely - I guess my friends and relatives tend to be on the blindly stubborn side.
But, I am seeing the change... not amongst those I know personally but in the tide of strangers I comment on/with.
