An Omaha man facing federal trafficking charges appeared in court Friday for additional state charges. Chad Alioth, 49, is accused of sexually assaulting two children between the ages of 12 and 15 in 2024. When the prosecutor read off the initials of the minors in the courtroom Friday, Alioth argued with the judge and said the initials were fictitious.
