🚨 Straight from California Highway Patrol (CHP), Gavin Newsom has instructed them to ignore federal law and not make truck drivers comply with English proficiency
Trucker “Are they making you guys comply with English proficiency?”
CHP “They said don't enforce it. They said specifically don't enforce it. This came from top down — We don't enforce that rule.”
Now pair this with the fact a Federal Audit uncovered California Issued 62,000 commercial drivers licenses to Undocumented Immigrants

Too dangerous to crawl under the truck during an inspection with an illegal truck driver yet what percent of them get a thumbs up from the inspector, instead of restricting them from driving? Yet they are safe enough to drive on our highways? I'm sure California isn't the only one doing this sort of thing.
