I live in Lake County just north of Cook County. The amount of illegals here is staggering. Even in rural areas. My township has been over runned by OD's, prostitution and gangs. I literally live in farm country in this part of the county. Lake County doesn't do squat since the Dominion & Smartmatic voting machines changed us from red to blue in the early 2000's.

No. The Supremacy Clause in the Constitution makes that clear. No state law can repeal federal orders or laws. They can choose to ignore the feds, sure. Unfortunately, that brings a conflict between the state and federal government. Which is why withholding federal funding is a powerful action to keep the state in line.
