Methinks that is not Netanyahu. Look at the ears, then look at younger pics of him. Yes, ears grow with age, but do they go from being aligned against the head to sticking out? Methinks not.

I think we are on Bibi 3 and Putin 4. I remember both being in their sixties in the 1970s. It is simple math.
