#healthyyou like my “weird” #pechotimethod talk now research #oilpulling . I don’t have a “routine” with this yet but have done a couple times. Here I sit trying it out again swishing coconut oil in my mouth so thought I would share if anyone is interested or if I’m just weird. lol

Could you post the last meme alone so I can save this to my phone? I personally swab my mouth with coconut oil after brushing and flossing. But have never tried the pulling method. 😇
